Terms & conditions
These terms apply to any engagement with Auronstack LLC ("Auronstack", "we"). By hiring Auronstack for a software development or automation project, you agree to the terms below.
All work is scoped and agreed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before it begins, including deliverables, timeline, and price. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for fixed-scope projects, unless otherwise agreed; ongoing support retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Auronstack retains no ownership of client business data. Source code and deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment for the relevant engagement, unless the signed agreement states otherwise. Clients agree not to use Auronstack's name, work samples, or deliverables in a way that misrepresents the nature of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
Auronstack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Clients are responsible for testing and approving deliverables before deploying them in a production environment.
- Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 14 days' written notice.
- Work completed up to that point is billed accordingly, and any prepaid, unused time is refunded.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Auronstack LLC is registered.
